What Are Your Shipping Rates?

Our shipping and guaranteed delivery is a flat rate of $3.50 per order regardless of item category or number of items.

How Long Until My Order Arrives?

Most items ship within two days of order receipt. However, since we send most orders by USPS, they may take 7-10 business days to arrive. If you have not received your order two weeks after shipping, please email us at mystic@mysticstamp.com or call our friendly customer service representatives at 1-866-660-7147.

Will My Order Have a Tracking Number?

Usually, no. Most of our orders are shipped First Class Mail and do not include tracking information. However, if there is a tracking number for your order, it will be included in your “order shipped” email.

Can I Pay Extra for Rush Shipping?

Yes! To pay extra for rush shipping, call 1-866-660-7147 and our customer service team will be happy to help.

Will I Be Charged Shipping Twice for Backordered Items?

Nope! If an item in your order is on backorder, you will only be charged shipping once. You will not be charged for shipping again when the remaining item is sent.

Does Mystic Ship Internationally?

Yes! While most of our customers are based in the United States, we do ship internationally. For questions about completing an international order, please email us at mystic@mysticstamp.com.

What is Mystic’s Return Policy?

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 90 days in its original packaging. We’ll gladly issue a credit voucher or refund, whichever you prefer.
