Your customer number and how to update information
Your customer number helps us give you fast and accurate service each time you contact Mystic with questions or to place an order. You can find your personal customer number in the blue box on the back of a catalog or above your name on invoices or special offers. The code contains your zip code, four consonants from your last name then three numbers from your street address. It should look like this: 13316SMTH204.
How do I update my information?
If you’ve moved, we want to make sure you continue getting your stamps, supplies, and catalogs. So after you’re settled into your new home, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1-800-433-7811 with your account number and new address. You can use the same number to update your credit card information.
