Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

A tracking number for your order, if available, will be included in your “order shipped” email. Most orders are shipped First Class Mail and do not include tracking.  Delivery is up to the Postal Service, and typically takes 7–10 business days.  If your order has not arrived two weeks after shipping, please email us at Mystic@MysticStamp.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-660-7147, weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, and we’ll be happy to help.
