A stamp, coin, or supply is missing from my order. What do I do?

Email us at Mystic@MysticStamp.com with your order number and what’s missing. Or call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-660-7147, weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST. and we’ll get it right out to you. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

A tracking number for your order, if available, will be included in your “order shipped” email. Most orders are shipped First Class Mail and do not include tracking.  Delivery is up to the Postal Service, and typically takes 7–10 business days.  If your order has not arrived two weeks after shipping, please email us at Mystic@MysticStamp.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-866-660-7147, weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST, and we’ll be happy to help.

How do I return an item?

All orders can be returned within 90 days of purchase. To get started, simply look at the back of the packing slip that came with your order. You will see a section to fill in when returning your order to Mystic. This is also where you can indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Send the product back in its original packaging along with the return form and we will process your return as soon as it arrives.

What’s the status of my order?

How soon will my order arrive?

Mystic ships most orders in 1-3 business days by First Class or Priority Mail. Orders typically arrive 1-8 days after shipment. Albums and other heavy items may require an additional two days.
